Border Swimming, Inc.

Border Swimming, Inc. (BSI) is a Local Swimming Committee (LSC) of USA Swimming, Inc, the National Governing Body for competitive swimming.  Border is 1 of 59 LSC's in the country. Specifically, BSI is the administrative arm of USA Swimming in the counties of El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Presidio, Brewster, Terrell, and Crockett, all in the State of Texas. BSI is also a member of the Southern Zone of USA Swimming which is composed of 15 LSC's. Currently, BSI has about 750 registered athletes and 6 teams.

BSI is a 501c3 organization chartered in the State of Texas and is governed by an all volunteer Board of Directors. For a list of the BOD membership, please see the LSC officers page.

BSI holds monthly meetings (check calendar page for time and location) of the Board of Directors. These meetings are open to the public. The Board is responsible for the administration and goverance of the LSC in accordance with its bylaws and policies. The LSC holds an annual House of Delegates meeting in August.
